It was a great day for a run ... and better still, for a good cause. Johan and I didn't run but walked 5-km to help raise funds for cancer research under the banner of the Terry Fox organization. To find out more on the Terry Fox organization, go to www.terryfoxrun.org
As you can see, no sign of mama or Sera. They decided to stay in, ahem ... as expected. Sera was doing a wake-up every 2 hour thing throughout the night and refused to take her morning nap. So mama insisted that she didn't go for the run. Grandma knows best! But Johan and I had a few good hours together, which is very important.
