Since my last post ...

I've been (unusually) busy. And at the back of my mind, I've been thinking about the blog and how I have failed to add new posts. Sorry guys! So here is a snapshot of the past days.

Thursday evening

Attended a party at the new clubhouse, in our compound. We left Sera with a nanny. This time, we were paying customers. Sera suspected something was amiss when we tried to put her to bed. It took us 45 minutes till she finally shut her eyes. Honestly, by then the thrill of going to the party had lost all its appeal. I think I was experiencing a combination of guilt and also a little nervousness of using a new nanny. But Johan and I went for the party and still had a good time.

Saturday

Johan and Sera started the day with breakfast in front of the TV. hmm ...



And we finally turned Sera's car-seat to face front. She was a little disoriented at first but needless to say she was mighty thrilled. A big milestone since she has been sitting rear-facing since birth.

Sunday

We went to the photo studio to take passport photos for Sera

Monday

Went out with Manuella and her son, Gaston. I can't say these two have clicked famously but one thing for sure, they were very bored shopping.

This morning

Sera is looking up at me while I'm sitting in front of the computer. If you can't tell, she is complaining!
