All four of us - grandma, Sera, Yasmin and I, arrived in Dubai in four very exhausted pieces.
The 7.5 hours flight could have gone better but it didn't, unfortunately. Sera was just uncontrollable in her excitement about being on a plane, flying to meet her favourite guy and did I just say she was just bursting with curiosity on the plane. She was so thrilled that she got her own seat by the window, her very own seat belt and she couldn't believe her luck when she realised she had her own personal TV. She was in paradise. And there were people who kept asking her if she wanted juice!!! "Yes please!" So Sera was a real busy bee for 5 out of the 7.5 hours flight to Dubai.
Yasmin didn't sleep for the 7.5 hours flight. She wasn't very thrilled about being in a plane with all those strange people and strange noises. So she very 'rudely' let everyone know her displeasure. Grandma had to carry her most of the time. She REFUSED to lie in her bassinet, not for even a minute.
So that was the situation up in the air, on our way to Dubai. Grandma and I were 'dying' to get some rest but our sweet girls just wouldn't let us.
